The design of the space was under the care of 5 Sólidos, a studio known for creating simple, minimalist, but expressive architecture. With Japanese water mirrors and olive trees, arranged according to Feng Shui principles, the house incorporates natural elements inside and out, ensuring a perfect connection between nature and structure.
In the large and open living room, the ample space flows out onto a semi-covered terrace through a small circulation area, where the glass doors create an illusion of depth between the outdoor and indoor spaces. The large sofas – in forest green – were designed in 1967 by French designer Pierre Paulin, and complement the two stunning travertine slabs that serve as coffee tables.
With the right furniture and decorations it is possible to transform any environment! The moss and daisy tones for the details and the stone finishes, offer nuances of the chosen decorating style and make everything more sophisticated. Also with nature so close, there is no doubt that J Balvin’s Minimalist House is a sanctuary to be enjoyed with the senses.
