Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data and in relation to the personal data provided, we specify that their processing will comply with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, as well as the protection of confidentiality and the protection of the rights of the data subjects. In relation to this we inform you of the following.

b) Purposes and legal basis of the processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
1 ) participation in the Cocktail on the day 19.04.2023 . (Legal basis execution of the contract)
2) only with your explicit and specific consent, the data you provide may be processed for the following purposes: marketing via e-mail, postal service, social networks, commercial newsletters, offers, promotions, invitations to events or shows. (Legal basis for processing: Consent of the data subject revocable at any time);

(c) Faculty or obligation to provide data and consequences of failure to provide data.
For all purposes, the provision of personal data is not mandatory, however, it is necessary in order to register and be able to participate in the Cocktail of the Day XXXX
The provision of the data present in the fields marked with an asterisk is mandatory, and failure to enter them does not allow the completion of the registration process.
The release of the data present in the fields not marked with an asterisk, although they may be useful to facilitate relations with us is optional and their non-inclusion does not affect the completion of the procedure.

(d) Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data.
The personal data related to the processing in question, for the purposes mentioned above, may be communicated: to those within the organization of the Owner, who need it as a result of the task held. These subjects are the persons authorized to process under the direct authority of the Data Controller in accordance with Article 4 no. 10 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “appointees”); to third parties to whom the Data Controller possibly outsources certain activities and who consequently provide the writer with certain instrumental services, however related to the processing and the purposes described above, such as, for example, administrative, accounting, tax, auditing, computer system management, credit collection, mass storage, call center services. These third parties perform processing on behalf of the Data Controller and are authorized to process them as Data Processors according to the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR.

e) Storage period
The Data Controller will retain the registration master data and any tax data if collected for 10 years after last use. For marketing purposes, the data – if acquired – will be kept for 24 months. Please note that for web platform management and hosting services, the Data Controller uses servers located in Italy.

f) Your rights
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:
(a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients
or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed and the period or criterion
of storage;
(c) obtain rectification and erasure of data;
(d) obtain restriction of processing;
(e) obtain portability of the data, i.e., receive them from a data controller, in a format that is
structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
(f) object to the processing of your personal data at any time (Art. 21).
h) revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;
(i) to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Art. 77) if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to applicable law.
